Peace Lutheran Church was formally organized in 1899 in Linton, North Dakota and is now part of the LCMC (Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ).
The congregation confesses the Bible as God’s infallible Word to humanity and proclaims with God’s Word, God’s message of salvation through Christ alone. Since all have “sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23), all need this Gospel of salvation given by God through faith in Christ.
The congregation has ministry to children, youth, women, men and families. Peace has two different styles of Sunday services each month during the school year with Holy Communion offered every 1st and 3rd Sunday.
