Scriptures: John 18:1-14
Prayer of the Day: Almighty Lord, let us be ones who seek you in faith that your light and life would fill us with peace, joy, and hearts to serve others.  Grant that our words and actions would give glory to your holy name so that those who do not know Jesus would hear his name and respond to his call on their lives.  Let us not respond to our enemies with harsh words or violence, but rather reply in love as Jesus did.  You alone can form and shape our lives for your divine purposes.  All this we pray in Jesus’ holy name. Amen.
