Prayer of the Day: Blessed Father, we gather on this night when your Son sat at table with his disciples to keep the Passover. He knew the hearts of his disciples and saw the betrayal before him, yet his love did not falter and he did not shrink from the will and purpose of the Father. Give us confidence in Christ’s love for us and make us resolute in your promise so that we may know the forgiveness, comfort, and peace of won by the saving wounds of Jesus. Amen.
