Collect: Almighty God, you have made many promises to us and you have proven yourself faithful to your word time and time again. But despite your faithfulness, we continue to prove our unfaithfulness and our words of promise to you often fall flat. Forgive us our unfaithfulness and empower us by your Spirit to faithfully follow you. Amen.
